Hi! I'm Leslie (I'm the photographer of the group). Meeting Alana and her family was one of the most amazing parts of my life. I knew at that point that I wanted to help as many children battling cancer as I could. I have had the oppurtunity to meet some really incredible people through this. I look forward to the many more that I will meet. |

I'm Meghan (the business organizer of us three). I have to say that I was pretty hesitant about meeting Alana at first. Immediately after meeting her, I was awestruck. Alana's amazing personality and spirit made me fall in love with her instantly. Alana and her family became a part of my family. She truly was an inspiration to me and I knew that I was meant to help others who were dealing with the same awful disease that eventually took her life. I am honored to be able to do this in her name. She will forever be in my heart and her spirit will live on in everything that Alana's Angels does. |

I'm Candace {the writer of the group}. Leslie asked me to write Alana's Story so we could share it with the world. Ever since that night and the first time I met Alana, my life has not been the same. Meeting Alana and her family changed my outlook on life. It gave me a passion, I have been searching for. My dream is to see Alana's Angels grow and help many more children and their families. We will do this all in Alana's name; her fight,her story and these deeds will be her legacy. This is also close to my heart, because my Cousin lost a battle with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia and my Aunt is currently fighting Myeloma. |
